Meal Replacement

This next suggestion comes courtesy of my friend Salomon. He introduced me to this tasty treat in the winter time and now that I am not training I can indulge in this guilt free pleasure once again! Feast your eyes on this. It’s the Double Chocolate Crisp by the EAS Body for Life brand, and it tastes soooo dammm good!! It has 8 grams of fat, 17 grams of protein, and 4grams of net Carbs. These are handy if you find yourself in a long boring azz meeting or out and about with no healthy alternatives in sight (no Big Mac Snack Wrap please).
