MEAL REPLACEMENT



Okay so I am loving not being in training mode right now. Althouth I am watching what I eat ,I do treat myself to 2-3 cheat meals a week . However come the begininng of August it will be back to my usual food routine so I must enjoy my food favorites till then.



When I was on GNC's website I noticed this awesome high protein pancake mix and I think I might try it. Met RX High Protein Pancake Mix offers a delicious breakfast favorite that has plenty of nutritional value. Two scoops of protein will yield you 3 pancakes, 12 grams of protein, 33 grams of carbs, 2.5 grams of fat, and it' only has 190 calories. It's loaded with calcium however it has more sodium than I care for (550 mg of sodium...eheeeekkk!!!) It's only $12 bucks too which fits into my scroogy budget.
