Would you take relationship advice from her.
Financial Advise from this guy?
Or weight loss tips from her?!?
Ummm...yeah didn't think so???
People are full of opinions and they are allowed. But if they have not sucessfully walked the path they talk about then tell them to stfu!!
When I decided I was going to shed the weight I remember going to the city to meet an old college friend. It was late and I was hungry but I filled up on water instead. This girl who was a bit heavy set was eating this delicious pizza. I was tempted to eat it and she even offered me some. I told her, "No I am watching what I eat." She then told me in a very nice matter how the pizza was good for me because of all of the healthy ingredients and good fresh mozzeralla cheese. Now I politely told her, "No Thank You." But then I thought to myself, "How in the hell are you giving my healthy eating advice when you weight 200+lbs!!!"
Which leads me to my favorite saying:
Don't take relationship advice from a single person
Don't take financial advice from a poor person
And do not take weight loss advice from a fat person (and skinny people too...lol)
Bottom line make sure the person knows what they are talking about.
Seek a personal trainer with years of experience and a proven success record.
No Apologies Peeps
