Ok I am soooo excited that it will be 80+ degrees this weekend. Short shorts here I come!!! However, for some of you this weekend will bring to light some awful truths. Like all the belly fat and cottage cheese you amassed on your frame this winter. But don’t panic, there is still time to lose all those unsightly inches and lbs before the first burger is flipped on the grill. Here are two products I use to shed excess weight fast!
Your first line of defense is PMS Tea. (and yes men, you can use this too!!).
I absolutely swear by this product. Don’t worry it’s all natural and you will shed the weight… trust me!!! PMS tea was designed primarily for woman on their menstrual cycle to drain excess water. However, bodybuilders and figure girls use this to look lean and toned for competition. A word to the wise: Do not drink this if you are on the road!! Because Honey if you do, you will be best friends with the porcelain gods after one cup.
It’s only $6 for a box (16 tea bags are included) or you can get 6 boxes for a little over $30.

My next must have is Sweet Sweat.
Before my cardio routine, I apply generous amounts of the cream around my stomach, butt, and thighs. I then wrap my stomach in plastic wrap to trap the heat. After 25 minutes I literally have a swimming pool full of sweat around my stomach. Again this is all natural (I wouldn’t recommend anything to you that aren’t) and you will shed the fat. It’s only $20 and it is well worth it.So…to put it bluntly (as I do so well) GET OFF YOUR ASS!!! Tell your coworkers to go to Subway this afternoon for lunch and start moving! Memorial Day will be here before you know it and it will be all she wrote. No Apologies people!!!
Until next time...

How often to you recommend drinking the tea? Is this something that you can use weekley, or is it only for special I need to look trim events?
ReplyDeleteYou don't have to drink it just for special events but I wouldn't drink all the time either. As with anything the more you use the less of the effects you see.
ReplyDeleteWhen I'm not training for a show I would use it maybe 2-3 times a week and that's pushing it!! And I would use about 2-4 PMS bags for the days I drank the tea.
If I have my period then I try to use it everyday that week to keep the bloating down.
During my competition season I use it only during the last 3 weeks of the show but I still don't use it everyday. If I tighten up enough then I will hold off until the last week before the show!
Hope that helps!!!
Can the product you posted online improve the skin's elasticity?
ReplyDeleteWhat the best machines to use for cardio without losing muscle mass?
ReplyDeleteIf you want to see significant results with your skin's firmness then I suggest good ol fashioned weight training. I'll post one of my cicruit training workouts later to give you an idea!
ReplyDeletehey Cameesha,
ReplyDeleteI just ordered some of that sweet sweat... thanks
No prob girl :) It works..make sure you wrap yourself in plastic wrap or get that band that wraps around you waist. I personally perfer the pastic wrap because it is disposable and sweat is soooooo germy :(
ReplyDeleteLife Saver!!! I been looking for something like this, I swore off those over the counter diuretics because I am uncomfortable with the artificial chemicals they have in them. I prefer all natural stuff in my body and this looks very, very promising. I am gonna look it up now. Keep bringing on the tips, my dear.
ReplyDeletethree cheers for sweet sweat. I picked up my product from the post office on friday morning. I could not wait to use it so I did a cardio session last night. I applied some to my stomach and thighs and lower back. I wrapped my stomach and torso with the plastic wrap. What's so good about this product is that not only did I sweat profusely on the targeted areas, I was sweating all over.
ReplyDeleteThe only problem I encountered was with the plastic wrap - it was sliding down my belly while I was running on the treadmill. Nevertheless, the plastic stayed on until I took it off.
This is some good stuff...check it out!
Im glad it worked out for you.. And yes the plastic will roll as you move around or the sweat comes out. Just try to wrap it as tight as possible. But beaware of the puddles!!!
