Quality vs Quantity

So yesterday my girlfriend and I met up for our first training session. She was very eager to get this workout in so she can unveil a slimmer version of herself come Christmas. In her rush to come to work she forgot one minor detail.... HER GYM CLOTHES...DOH!!! Instead of her going all the way home I suggested she buy something inexpensive ala the walmart and payless brand just for this one day.

When we met up she came with her new finds in tow and some very cute Champion Brand sneakers from Payless. When she put them on she smirked, giggled and said "Girl it feels like my feet are standing on styrofoam..lol!" Well in this case I think cheap definetly outweighed getting pricey because it was a one time deal. BUT in the long run you cannot subsitute comfort with super cheap prices.
